I, for one, await with great anticipation the new item introduced at the end of the post, “Three Rocks Saturdays.”
Now what am I to do with my Saturdays, if not to contemplate Sluggo?

The end of an era. Contemplating Sluggo-less Saturdays makes me sad face. :( I guess I will have to look forward to the World Without Sluggo and Reign of the Sluggos story arcs.
Not to mention Brightest Sluggo, Sluggo Lost, and The Infinity Sluggo.
It was a good run. Way to stick to it, Mike.

Incidentally, every single time I saw the Sluggo Saturday posts I heard this song in my head, with “Sluggo” instead of “Sunless.”
But I actually did like Sluggo Saturdays, so it was weird.
At first I was not a fan of Sluggo Saturdays. It was an interruption of your witty and insightful reports on your love of Swamp Thing, your tyrannical rule of the comic shop, your love of Swamp Thing, your reviews of comics, your love of Swamp Thing and, of course, your love of Swamp Thing. However, I came to appreciate the odd offbeat quirks of Sluggo Saturdays and now find myself sad to see it end. Saturdays without Sluggo will be less surreal, less surprising.
That was a hoot. Thanks as always, Mr. Sterling, for the internet fun.
I’ll miss this so much…good thing I have an old Nancy paperback handy : ) … Maybe “Archie Saturdays” can replace this? ;)
