    I’ll be honest – it’s almost never that I think an hour long drama benefits from going over 8 episodes. See: every Marvel Netflix show. If they cut it to 10 for story reasons (and to maintain budget) I am okay with that.

    They didn’t cut it for story reasons, though–they cut it because they were canceled. This is a very bad sign.
