Andres – There was a collection of the early issues of this series, but it is currently out of print. The only in-print trade from this run is Many Happy Returns, compiling the final storyline guest-starring the Silver Age Supergirl.
This series wasn’t bad, just…a bit hard to explain to folks used to the “Superman’s cousin” concept.
Wasn’t it that precise ludicrously complicated origin the reason that was cited for bringing back the “Supergirl as Superman’s cousin” concept? I remember it from the trade of the Superman/Batman arc that introduced her.
I thought they just did a reprint recently of the first 8 issues of Peter David’s run/the origin of this version of Supergirl with the Gary Frank/Cam Smith work, non?
