Sometimes I find it necessary to take a moment and remind myself why I love comics…
…particularly when current events and personalities, both in the comics industry and in online fandom, get me fed up with everything and it’s all I can do to not change the focus of my blog to cooking tips.
So pardon me for a moment while I take a deep breath, center myself, and exhale slowly, while contemplating a recently acquired item of pure beauty:
God bless you, Adam West, Burt Ward, and known associates.

Zero stars. OUCH.
I miss The Boy Wonder, Robin Zowie. Star of the Flying Zowies. What a guy.
Are you supposed to hold the book on an angle while reading the villains’ scenes?
I completely agree–the Swamp Thing comic IS inept. Ugh.
Joe Williams – YES. And you must also shout “MEANWHILE” in a booming voice every time the location changes.
Lord God, I had that book as a brat.
Thanks, Mike.
Is everybody watching the Tommys this Sunday?
I fondly remember the BATMAN VS. 3 VILLAINS OF DOOM novel. It came out around the time of the BATMAN movie but other than the characters had nothing in common with it. It was a fun read for 10-12 year old boys.
